Last updated - October 9, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains how MCQube, Consulting Division of Scymes Services Private Limited ("MCQube", "we" or "us") handles personal data collected for the COMCLAVE workshop. It covers the registration page, the messages and calls we send about the workshop, and the event venue.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), MCQube is the Data Fiduciary for this data. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are responsible for it.

You can read this policy without registering or giving us any details. It applies to COMCLAVE only. For MCQube's other websites and services, see https://mcqube.in/privacy-policy/.

Callers see only the records and fields they need for the calls assigned to them. We do not keep downloaded lead lists unless there is an approved operational reason, and we delete working copies once they have been used.

Our service providers have to protect data under their contracts with us.

We may take photographs and video at COMCLAVE. We will use images in which you can be identified, or your testimonial, for promotion only if you give separate consent at the venue. If you would rather not be photographed, tell our team at the registration desk when you check in, and our photographers will avoid close-up shots of you. You can withdraw this consent later by writing to PrivacyOfficer@mcqube.in. We will then stop using those images in new material and remove them from our own channels where we can.

10. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

To use any of these rights, write to PrivacyOfficer@mcqube.in and tell us what you want. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by verifying the mobile number or email you registered with, so that we do not give your data to someone else.

We will reply as soon as we can, and in any case within the maximum period set by the DPDP Rules (currently 90 days).

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The DPDP Act expects you to use our grievance process first.

11. Children

COMCLAVE is open only to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly register anyone under 18. If we find out that someone under 18 has registered, we will cancel the registration and delete their data. The registration form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older before you can register.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The version number and effective date at the top show which version is current. If we make a material change, such as using your data for a new purpose or sharing it with a new type of recipient, we will tell registered attendees by email before the change takes effect and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it. Earlier versions are available on request.
